The writer shows some very good writing capability. But the obstacles mentioned here some of very common type and lacks in depth analysis of the root cause. We should remember that the main problem lies in the distribution of GDP rather in GDP growth or any other infrastructural problem. According to UNHDR-2006 there are 40% population living below the poverty line and the income of 84% people of the country in under $2/Day. There should be computer or cell phone to use internet but most of the people do not have the capacity to buy anyone of those. Again they must have disposable money to spend. So to make the web entrepreneur concept successful the major initiative by govt. is to pull majority of people out of poverty so that they can access and satisfy their needs through internet. And ultimately this will make any venture including web entrepreneurship in Bangladesh a successful story.

Yes I agree. Restaurants should start healthy food for their customers. This can help prevent diseases/ disorders caused by unhealthy foods. Most of us are getting fat because of oily/ fatty food we eat. Maybe we also need to have self-discipline.

"most popular website" ? Surely you mean "most popular newspaper." Anyway, I can see why they are doing this but I don't think it will be particularly effective. There are many other places people can go to get their news fix for free so unless all of the major news outlets go to a "pay" model simultaneously (which seems extremely unlikely) it's not going to work.
